Impact of IRMC ICO Literates' Expertise on Network Security in Federal Government
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to enlighten and explore the relationship between the variables selected for the analysis. This paper presents the significant relationship between the IRMC ICO certification course and the network security in federal government. In the analysis of this study, IRMC ICO certification course is the independent variable and network security in federal government in the dependent variable. The analysis of this study is supported by in-depth examination of the data accumulated through different sources. Moreover, the independent variable of the study “IRMC ICO certification course” has been diversified into distinct skills acquired by the literates of the course. The analysis of the IRMC ICO certification course literates' skills revealed significant relationship with network security of federal government. Moreover, it can be interpreted that the skills of IRMC ICO literates can be used by federal government to cope with network/cyber security concerns.

Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to enlighten and explore the importance of IRMC ICO certification course literates in terms of cyber security. This paper explores diverse dimensions of cyber security, and analyzes the importance of network security in the federal government. According to diverse sources, there are varieties of information sources and reserves in any country; moreover, the nature of the information is divided into two categories. There is some information that can be shared with public. The residents in a country have access to such informational reserves. However, there is a category of information which is termed classified. This information can never be shared with the resident of the country or with any foreign source. Nevertheless, due to the rise of information technology, there are several threats faced by nations in terms of information disclosure. The concept of network and cyber security is inclining in this regard as the confidential information is restricted to any unauthorized access. Moreover, the terrorist organizations and foreign intelligence sources are often a threat to network security in the federal government.
The rise of information technology has enhanced the market value for IRMC ICO certified course literates and other IT professional. According to distinct sources, IRMC ICO certification enables individuals with specialized skills through which the literates have capabilities to secure and block any unauthorized access that can be considered as a threat for federal network security. There are some in the world of Information Technology (IT) who believe that cyber terrorism in the true sense of the word does not exist. According to these people, what we observe is simply individuals, groups, or organizations using 'information warfare' (communication and attacks using the internet and other networks) for their own goals, but without creating the destruction and devastation that we associate with terrorism.
