Introduction

In the daily activities of internal affairs for the detection and investigation of crimes is important human factor. Legal norms as well as social, economic, organizational and other regulators of human behavior, act in conjunction with the psychological. Therefore, the mechanism of regulation includes the psychological aspect, without which it is difficult to achieve adequate efficacy of legal norms. Solving the complex problem of detection and investigation of crimes employees of the Interior is faced with different manifestations of human beliefs, interests, needs, feelings, motives, relationships, attitudes, and other psychological characteristics. In performing its functions investigator often takes psychologically strained relations with some of the citizens, especially those who chose the path of conflict with the law or has a deformed sense of justice. Ignoring the psychological aspect of his or incompetent accounting reduces the effectiveness of the investigator. Ability to understand the whole gamut of psychological nuances and relationships of its work characterizes the level of professional skill of the investigator. Improving the performance of investigative units and competencies of their staff is largely determined by the state of scientific development of some practical issues. One is the improvement of the investigative tactics. For the successful detection and investigation of crimes is necessary to implement specific organizational and tactical actions in a certain system and consistency with the latest achievements and developments of science. In turn, this raises the problem of development of the use of psychological knowledge, and based on them - clarification of the psychological nature and tactics of the various tools, techniques, and forms of investigative activity. The need for such tactics, which, given the mental health laws would enable the least expenditure of energy, and most effectively meet the challenges of prevention, detection, investigation of crime, and search for hiding criminals. Legal psychology is a science, which synthesized various fields of psychology and law. Any area of applied psychology, and implements the system of general psychology in their application to various kinds of human activity. However any human activity in the sphere of social relations governed by the rules. The rules are obligatory for a certain group of people called the Standards of Conduct. Norms of conduct established by members of the group and serve primarily the interests of these groups, which may coincide or may not coincide with the interests of society.
