The Milgram Experiment on obedience to authority figures was performed by the psychologists of Yale University in the form of a series of unique experiments. It was held to measure the determination and willingness of the respondents to follow and obey the commands of the superior who ordered them to do the jobs against their personal conscience. This experiment was initiated by Milgram which was based on the question whether Adolph Eichmann, the criminal of World War II, was following the orders while killing millions of the Jews along with his accomplices.
