[Abstract

This paper evaluates the indications and reasons psychological and other kind of disorders which affects the life of children and adolescents. Evidences which support the use of treatments like the use of pharmacological treatments for youth. In this report Educational and behavioral approaches are discussed and what kind of initiative should be taken to avoid anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorders. Role of parents and teachers in children and adolescents life is discussed and how they can help their children to avoid teenage sex and about discussion about bad consequences which worsen the children life. Adolescents and children are not immature or little adults but they are significantly poles apart. They have psychological, social and physical needs which should be met up in order to enable hale and hearty growth and development. Up to the extent which family, the parents and community or society is able to meet those developmental requirements has long lasting impact on the type of adults they will grow to be. Parting from family and from community, displacement, disturbance in normal life, armed clashes can have influential and long term effects that are required to be compensated for safety and support interventions (UNHCR). This is the fact that more than half of the people concerns are child and adolescent's growth and development. There must be significant importance given to these existing and operational issues.

Although children and adolescents share basic general requirements and needs but they do not a homogenous group (ARC).The appearance of those needs relay on factors like personal factors, cultural factors and social factors. A comprehend is very important, in that condition, of what is the main distinctions among age, class or caste, maturity, gender, religious and cultural background has operational effects and implications. To take into account these factors is important for basic and good preventive programming. Children require full care, guidance and shelter especially during their early years when they are most dependent on their parents which is generally provided by parents or guardians.

From infancy to adolescence their abilities and capabilities change and their need for protection and attention at every phase remains. This is the primary responsibility of parents and community for shielding and caring their children. Starting them into relevant cultural skills, thoughts and ways of accepted wisdom is also responsibility of parents and community. There are some situations where the vital needs must be met up directly, but taking in view a long term opinion is important to find out ways in order to enable families and community to protect and care their kids on a continuing basis.
