Psychological Tests, a field which is characterized by the utilization of samples that are consists of behaviors mainly in order to assess & construct(s) which are psychological, such as functioning of cognitive and emotional about a particular individual refers to psychological tests or testing. There is also a technical term which is used for testing an individual psychologically is known as psychometrics (Baker, n.d). Moreover, the psychological testing has been done by taking a sample of an individual's behavior along with taking a thorough observation of that individual's performing tasks that have been normally prearranged before hand. Such observations often get score on a test, which is why the whole process is known as psychological testing.
