Introduction

God is defined by believers as being absolute, perfect, transcendent, etc., It is placed outside the field of experience. But to assert that there is real and effective, it must rely on phenomena that we perceive (through experience). The reason intervenes to order them, prioritize them, connect them to each other and lead to a logical demonstration convincing. Reason cannot, therefore, be used by believers to prove God's existence they have defined themselves as beyond the reach of experience.

The term evidence in the mouth of a believer therefore does nothing other than argument. A multitude of theologians and philosophers learned believers have developed for centuries' phenomenal energy in an attempt to prove the existence of God. But it only took a few pages to Immanuel Kant to refute the first, the false evidence.

It nevertheless remains a monumental amount of obscure texts, convoluted, indecipherable, fetched incomprehensible. These arguments and their semblance of logic can impress and seduce if they are presented with conviction by someone who wore the uniform of worship or a person of notoriety. In a discussion about the existence of God, who defends the position of the non-believer is often awkward situation if he tries to prove that God does not exist. Indeed, it is impossible to prove that something supernatural and does not interact with the real world does not exist. The logic is normally inoperative.

I would add that the recognition of God is a feeling buried deep in the conscience of every human being. However, many people force their intellect to choke this innate feeling. It is only in extreme situations (as in the moment of death, for example) happens sometimes occur (BonJour & Baker, 2008, pp. 518-520). How many times have we heard that people, when they were confronted with death, appealed for help or to the protection of God, while these same people had often spent their lives denying the very presence of God whatsoever.

We live in a world where many have found their own way of life without God. Whether something is right or wrong, is more and more of an individual decision. But how can we be sure that we have chosen the right path? If there is no God, who has wound up the knowledge about what is the right way? Philosophers? Politicians? Any other human authority? Many would say: That does not matter - there is no absolute right or wrong way, or it depends. Some people think that the way is the goal, or everyone should find out the best way for yourself (BonJour & Baker, 2008, pp. 527-534). Supporters of situation ethics believe that right and wrong depend on time and circumstances.
