Case Scenario

This paper will highlight the major issues related to the historical context of laws and society regarding a murder case of Detective Frank Williams who was murdered in 1919 by Frank McCullough. The crime for which Frank McCullough was hanged was shooting Frank Williams, a detective to death who was on duty, while he was arresting Frank McCullough and Albert Johnson, his companion or perhaps partner in crime on a crime scene.
