Introduction

The US healthcare system consists of two main parts. One helps in maintain the health of population and the other helps in the restoration of health when the disease spreads. There are certain problems faced by the healthcare department which includes quality problems, access and coverage problems, public healthcare system issues and health work force problems (Kovner A. 2011). Health promoting plans develop to promote good health. According to World Health Organization, Complete health is attained when every individual is healthy (Chhim D. 2011). A healthy behavior puts on many impacts on life, in the betterment of life and decreasing the cost of expenses on health (Pettaway L. 1999). Women's health contributes very much in the advancement and progress of world (Barnes DM 2005). Women plays an essential role in the family and society and produce changes in the family by their own behavior. Health promoting behavior is a multi step process which includes those steps which are taken to preserve and improve the healthy life, taking a hold on the real world and achievement in the world (Walker SN 1987). The health promoting behavior includes proper food, activity, depression management, relationship management, psychological management and health management (Chung PL 2001). Adaptation of all these health behavior can help in reduction of diseases and in the development of new methodologies that can be helpful to lower the risk of different diseases. Screening tests is a step forward towards the promotion of positive health behaviors. It is easy to find the disease before time by performing the screening test. Screening tests can be perform for a number of problems like breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, cholesterol, blood pressure, obesity and osteoporosis (nlm.gov). The introduction of screening technique can be beneficial in reducing the risk of disease on the population level.

Screening for breast and cervical cancer has been helpful in reducing the risk of disease prevailing in women (Eyre H. et al, 2004). Its main purpose is to finish up all the hurdles that are being faced to patients in the screening process.
