Abstract

The paper discusses the “Motivation in Educational Psychology”, as how teacher plays its role in the classroom for keeping a strong bond with the students. Educational psychology has an important role in this sense, understand, describe, explain and help improve the educational phenomenon from psychological perspective. Teacher attitude makes a difference in motivating students. Students quickly sense when a teacher is disconnected with what she's teaching or when she really does not care for or isn't connected with the students, not just as a class, but as individuals. The future influences the motivation much more than the past, this means that our desire to confront the tasks depend much more than we think might happen after the experiences gained in the past.

Introduction

The Educational Psychology is regarded by some as a science social, but more accurate would be, in our opinion, considering it as a science of education. Today, it requires the participation and collaboration of multiple disciplines, from dissimilar perspectives, explaining the different dimensions and contexts of education and socio-historical-cultural complex phenomenon. Educational psychology has an important role in this sense, understand, describe, explain and help improve the educational phenomenon from psychological perspective.

Thus, educational psychology studies the processes that occur in the psychological field of education in the broadest sense, the laws and regularities psychological educational process. She describes, explains and explores the events and psychological foundations of education. However, it also involves in the educational-teaching, contributing to its improvement. These "missions" of educational psychology, closely related to their basic components or cores (Smith, 2008).

How motivation and positive attitude in teaching can bring a better result among students.

Discussion and Analysis

Motivating students at every level, from kindergarten to college, takes a combination of factors within the classroom setting. Certain factors may motivate students into negative behaviors or learning patterns. Other factors, such as a positive teacher attitude, individualized learning and a positive, encouraging environment, motivate students to engage in and learn from the educational process.

The term motivation refers to an old problem of pedagogy, though it is a psychological category. Socio-valued based educational activities include a sense of professional and civic duty, responsibility for the upbringing of children, honest and conscientious performance of professional functions (professional honor), enthusiasm for the subject and the satisfaction of communicating with children, a high awareness of the mission of the teacher, love of children, etc. According to the concept we have, and means the educational process, hence the important role played by this in the optimization of the results, learning and overall development of students (Mclntyre, 2001).

Moreover, the philosophy recognizes the motivation and the need for a stable and essential nexus of phenomena, processes, objects and situations, conditioned by all the preceding course of development.
