Scope Statement

In the given case, we have to manage a fashion show for Dona Prima International. The work break down structure and Gantt Chart for this project is created so that the project can be made successful (Kreiner, 2005, 25).

Organizational work breakdown structure

Organization Breakdown Structure (also known as Organizational Breakdown Structure) or OBS is a hierarchical form describing the established organizational structure for project planning, resource supervision, time and expense tracking, cost allocation, revenue/profit reporting, and work management.

Fashion shows are fun and creative way of highlighting some of the ethical issues surrounding the fashion industry. There is a lot to be considered so it is well worth planning ahead. Organising a fashion show can be very time consuming and there is a great deal of hard work involved. However, on the day, when the buzz and excitement of the show take over, it is all worthwhile (Midler, 2005, 363).
