Why are junior administrator workers given low responsibilities while working on routine tasks?

This research will help employees to come across the factors which are causing low motivation and thus ending up in absenteeism. In order to reduce the ratio of absenteeism employers needs to know that.

Potential difficulties

Potential difficulties could be finding the right employees for feedback and interview. Young employees who lie in age group of 18-25 might be hard to find in some companies, and if they are found then there could be a relevance issue in it.

Ethical issues

Such research might hurt the feelings of some young employees because it will showcase employees who have low level responsibilities.

Literature Review

For an organization must be organized properly functions work. To do this effectively need to be developed through posts. The posts are used to establish the obligations, responsibilities and relationships of employees who will play the position. It means dividing the work through management positions to help put people who have the skills necessary to fulfill that job. When a company wants to achieve its objectives, the organization must perform a myriad of jobs (Martocchio, 1989, 414). These vary from sweeping work areas, filing, and assembling parts or invent new products, to make management decisions that affect vital to the survival of the organization. Only through the implementation of these activities can perform its functions the organization and its employees can meet their diverse needs. Work can also be executed by the machines, which are accurate and efficient. Employees of an organization tend to take different attitudes to work, because work should not only provide a monetary reward, but should meet their higher needs, of which more later. It is common to see frustrated employees in organizations, because their work did not meet at all and only perform it for survival. When the employee is not satisfied can disposed towards him and the organization. This situation of alienation is a situation in which the employee has little or no sense of identification with their work, the organization or society. This situation can also occur among certain groups of individuals (Okpara, 2004, 338).
