2) Analysis of the Risks Associated with the Project

When one looks at the project, it is pretty clear that the way project has been designed, the mangers of the projects are going to face many risks when it is going to be implemented. First thing that is needed to be looked at is that all of the tasks and the deadlines are highly interrelated with each other (Maylor, 2001, p.92). This is not a bad thing, in fact, in more or less every project that is going to be completed. The main thing will be the interrelation that exists among the tasks and the deadlines. But when this things gets a bit overboard, there is a fair chance that there as soon as there will be anything that is not going as per the initial plan, all the major plans that are related to the project are going to be on the hold. This is one thing that is needed to be looked. For instance, the way tasks are related to each other, it can be seen that another thing could not even initiate if one takes into account the interrelation that exists among the project like completion of the design is one of the basic thing. It is implied that the project cannot go ahead if the design is not in the hand.
