There are various websites where users can find and buy the office equipments online such as Office Depot. Office depot, Inc is one of the most famous global suppliers of the office equipments. The company established in 1986 at Florida. According to the report published on the website, it did business of 10.7 billion Dollars. It has three business segments that are International Division, North American Business Solutions Divisions, and North American Retail Divisions (Office Depot, 2013). It sales through many methods provide many benefits to consumers.

In the website, there are eight sections displayed on the screen. It shows the facilities and the equipments that the website provide related to Paper works, ink and toners, Break room, Cleaning purpose stuffs for office, Technology, Furniture for office, school supplies and copy print facilities.

Suggestions for the website

According to my personal opinion, the website should give some more amenities and equipments related to office. The website does not give any machinery equipments, for example, heavy machinery for the printing design that is large printers and the office designing facilities. Tracking system is one the most essential feature that the website must offer. Furthermore, it would be appropriate to have the some discount packages that may be possible in deal offer. On especial days, the company may introduce as well as the scheme proposal.

Initiation of the new faculties

The above mentioned suggestions and the points are not many very critical to start because each some of them can be carried out at managerial level and the rest can be made by the programming team. Tracking system can be started without interrupting current operations of the website. However, the discount packages may take time to offer because they need assessment more at the primary level.

Results

The online purchasing is experiencing the frauds at a high level. Acceptance of the authenticity through ID card and bank confirmation it can be avoided. However, addition of some more features can make the project better than this website. It would also provide the facilities related to delivery that is its time, receiving, edits the delivery address and so on.

Each function given criteria and some weight on the basis of percentage. Moreover, the functions scored out of 100 for the particular criteria.
