Explanation of the Project

The project hat is about to be start is on a Merral Hotel. The whole project will take around 250 days and in these 250 days, the working time or the working hours will be 5640. These calculations are based on assumptions, which rationalize by holiday season, workforce urgency and all the other risk factors. The time period selected for this project estimates the optimal resource allocation theory and the selected period along with working hours is critically calculated with the consideration of external factors. The total working hours of the project is 5640 and this work schedule will complete in 250 days, which will make around 23 hours daily based on the shift systems. The actual calculated is 22.56 but we have considered 23 because of the whole number function. The total number of task in this project, which requires completion, is 15, which is allocated on the basin of fields and structural development. Not all tasks are dependent of each other, some are, and some are not.

There are many ways of executing a project but the most valid one is the way, which includes the predictions and forecasted results of all the external forces. The external forces that are related to this industry are the labor union issues, licensing delays and in general delay factor, which in new horizon of project development is considered. The estimated cost of this whole project is estimated up to 10,000,000. This cost structure is formed by critically analyzing all the factors included in the building of infrastructure of Merral Hotel. The development of the cost structure is done by analyzing each activity along with the discussions and meeting that held.
