Palm Island has been a global project impacting the global economy with its completion and productive outcomes to the country's economy. The idea of Pm Island was a massive one; thus, it led to the massive outcomes as well.

The project of Island faced various issues and difficulties in the form of lack of communication among the contractors and the project managers, improper way of managing the project's specific parts, flaws in the exploratory research of the project and many others. These all issues made the delivery of the project late, and caused problem to the people involved.

However, still the project has been the world's largest manmade island on the earth, which increases its worth among all, and makes it a preference for the tourists to spend their holidays in such a luxurious resort. The management could have performed in a better way to avoid the possible chances of late completion; otherwise, the project was a perfect model of innovation making it the 8th wonder of the world.

The project of “Palm Island” is analyzed on the basis of its successful management, considering the aspects of its organized and geographically dispersed nature. It carries the completion of the project on time and on-budget by using different techniques and management, together with a considerable role of management and leadership styles.

Project management is the process of managing the change. Anything that needs to be managed for perfect outcomes is considered as a project. It carries the strategic competency of the project developers in terms of their skills, knowledge and techniques for executing the project efficiently and effectively. The project managers hold the responsibility of tying the project to the business goals (Maylor, 2010).

The main challenge of project management is to achieve all project objectives, and objectives while respecting the constraints prior. Typical constraints are scope, time and budget.
