Different cultures, nations, people have a vast variety of opportunities that how much privacy is important for a person, group, or organization. These substance, connecting the most confidential and intimate choices which an organization can actually make tis lifetime, preferences to central autonomy and dignity, are essential to the autonomy protected. The supplicants are unconstrained to value for the privacy. The main problem with all the privacy and security settings on any of the organization, especially the government organizations, is protection of privacy.

Enhancing the Culture of Privacy Protection

Giving the training to all employees of organization about how to protect the privacy of client's record.

Communicate the Privacy Act to all employees so that they know the laws regarding the privacy protection.

Update the policies and procedures of the organization for privacy protection of the clients.

I will urge the legal committee to recognize this innovation in the privacy protection policy as an efficient means to guard the private information of clients in online databases.
