The epitome of this study is to understand the voting on the bill by the state legislature can exercise it to double the maximum length of the prison time that an individual will get for the conviction of the armed robbery. It will facilitate different solutions that can help out the members of the state legislature for the examination of factors. The need to examine the possibilities of bill if there is any need or requirement for “fixes something that is not broken” (Wis.Stat, 2005).
