Along with this basic information, one must also add a web page link to the home page of the product and service being offered that possess all the details of the product and services purchased. Customers must know all basic details regarding product or service being bought and nothing should be hidden particularly related to buying, payment mode, shipment method and return or exchange polices from customers in order to attain maximum customer satisfaction. It is also worth mentioning that customer's payment and personal information should also be kept secure. The online vendor is also liable for being ethical towards society as well where it operates therefore, it should not diplomatically present the deals to the people that grabs maximum attention and customers clicks on web site just to gain revenue on per click basis instead it should use moderate words and use decent and honest tactics in attracting customers.
