However, with today's stable down turn of the number of clerics in parishes, one day, and these phrases may become a thing of the past. One of the large-scale plagues of the Catholic Church is its cleric shortage. With the population round the globe expanding, and more and more persons dwelling longer and more becoming Catholic, there is a larger require to have more clerics in the churches.
