Abstract

Prader willi Syndrome is a congenital disorder in which there is a combination of obesity, poor growth, reduced hypogonadism and low intelligence. A child who is born with Prader willi syndrome constitutes low birth weight and short stature. In the first year of their life the child becomes hypotonic of t muscles. Joints can be damaged because of hypotension and as a result of this the child may have a bizarre posture, when he begins to walk.
