Glomerular diseases associated with nephrotic syndrome are rarely recognized as a distinct complication of allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells. Make reports in English and Japanese literature since 1988, described variable glomerular histology, comprising the main membrane glomerulonephritis (MGN), almost two thirds and minimal change disease (MCD) in nearly one-quarter of patients.
