Adler theory of personality provides the ground for striving for superiority while leading a life. The famous political named Franklin Roosevelt's bout the motivation behind the leader career choice of a political leader was that he was initially the assistant of the navy from there he moved to the filed of administration. It states that there was mix perception regarding the racial and civil act that were persisting in the society at that time. The African Americans were discriminating at that time, and he has given rise to black as to make them superior. The weakness of Franklin Roosevelt's bout was he tried to remove the of the blacks he was unsuccessful, and this was his political weakness for this later on he apologized for his action in the time of his presidency. His personal struggles make him become a popular personality. After the rehabilitation, he again joins the politics as in the phase of paralysis he has given up his politics dream that was unfulfilled. He was emotionally strong confident to his goals. His disability never came in love with America as he was the loyal and a sympathetic leader, and he had learned patient through his disability that was his effort towards striving for superiority throughout the life (FDR and Polio, 2013).
