“Low aim is the crime so we should have high aims in our lives”
Above are the words of Emerson. It is this motto that has taught me how to live my life in a passionate and zealous way. By taking inspiration from this adage I have devised the itinerary of my academic career path. According to this itinerary the destination to reach is to attain the degree in the field of political science. This is one of the fervent goals that I have devised for myself. The main reason that ignites light in me to study this course is the current scenario that is going on in this world. The blame game that is played by the politicians, authorities and the government under the umbrella of politics creates a profound inquisitiveness and curiosity in me. The fundamental step that can be taken to give rest to this curiosity is to make an attempt to analyze all these situations with an eye of expert. In order to do this task it is indispensible that all the theories and dogmas should be taken into consideration. This degree in political science would inculcate a sense in me about how to analyze a political scenario. Once I would acquire all these skills, knowledge and tactics I would better be able to understand the political world. Moreover, I believe that as an individual who dwells in this world it is me prerogative to know and form my own opinion about whatever is happening around us. To practice this prerogative I first want to drench myself in the knowledge and information about the theories of politics.
Besides my strong and deep urge and interest of studying political science there are scores of factors that favor my choice. The first and the most intriguing experience of my life that also enthuse a desire in me to study political science is my voluntary experience. I took part in the Vietnam's habitat program. By participating in the voluntary program, I lend a hand to the locals to build their new homes. This imbued a sense in me that no matter what the subject is whether it is politics or humanity, social sciences or media ...
