I, Thomas Solak have been working since 1986. In 1991, I have achieved the degree in Electronics from DeVry University located in Chicago. From the Wright College, I have achieved the diploma in 1977. I achieved Certificate in 1977 from Truman College, degree in 1991 from DeVry Institue, and Certificate in 1996 from North Park College. I also got the military education, and from Military Police Academy, I achieved Ft Gordon, GA in 1973. I have also achieved Ft McCoy WI from PLDC in 1983, 1Ft McCoy WI from Intelligence Analyst phase in 1984, 2Ft McCoy WI from Intelligence Analyst phase in 1985, Ft Benning GA from Airborne in 1986, Ft McCoy WI from BNOC Phase 1 & 2in 1989, Ft McCoy WI from BNOC Phase 1 & 2in 1989. I also have 18 years of directorial experience in repairing complex and developmental research equipment. Along with this 18 years experience I also have a vast experience as regional, international and coordinator of selling Medical Oxygen Equipment. This was a very enjoyable experience, and I have learnt a lot about the ways of selling medical oxygen equipment. I had real fun in this experience and had enhanced my knowledge and expertise on such experience. Along with this, I also worked as accomplished owner and manager of a global repair and service with an annual budget of more than $500.000. In this experience, I learnt different ways of developing a budget and the ways of properly managing the budget resources. Thus, this was a very helpful experience that helped me enhance information and knowledge about the ways of allocating budget and maintaining it in a proper way. Thus, these experiences helped me in gaining my qualification and enhanced my skills so that I can work as an effective employee. I can say that these were very helpful and successful experiences of my life that helped me in enhancing my experience and expertise.

I also have a very good professional experience, and from this experience, I have learnt knowledge and expertise in different fields of interest. These professional experiences have helped me in learning the ways of supervising, management and controlling day to day activities. From 1986 to 1987, I have worked as a deputy director of service and repair in Omnitherm Corporation, which is located at Arlington Hts, IL. The environment of this company was good, and I got the chance to work in a competitive manner. In this organisation, I have worked as the supervisor. My responsibilities were related to provide supervised facilities as the director of Rebuilding Thermogravenimetric analyzers and other research equipment. I also trained and provided equipment repairs for 50 agencies including DOW chemical, GM, Goodyear, Standard Oil, United Airlines and US Military.
