In this paper, I would like to discuss my personal code of ethics. Being a teacher, I have to follow the prescribed code of ethics. But there some personal values and ethics which have guided me through out my life. My personal code of ethics tend to require myself to have a commitment to intellectual honesty, academic integrity, appropriate assessment and grading practices, positive educational environments for all, and confidentiality of personal records.
