What is ethics in the workplace is it? For me, the ethics business is balancing the needs of the employer, employee and client. It all begins with a personal code of ethics . If you have a personal code of ethics that focuses on the Bible that try to do the right thing in all situations. A client can give you money to pay your bill. They may say that $ 30.00 here keep the change. When you look down you realize that instead of a twenty and a ten that gave him two twenties. You could have that no one would notice. Personal code of ethics will not allow you to keep the money. Surely it was his mistake, and it is possible that the money, but simply not correct. Business owners must deal with ethics in the workplace. Could change your time card and cheat you out of fair wages, but they know it's wrong, too.

A restaurant could advertise a product as one way, and simply cut the ingredients to make it cheaper. They may think they are one more to get on the client, but the theft will be evident as the product quality suffers. Customers are not stupid. Thus there are employers to justify questionable actions under the pretext that "business is business." But this is not true because business is a part of human activity and therefore is essentially moral. From the point of view more theoretical right ethical conduct in business has to do with the means chosen to attain the good of the company (its consolidation through revenue generation), in order that members of the organization (employees and employers ) and society (customers) their best. Be kind to workers, the environment and the community in which we live, makes the company more attractive in the eyes of the public, shareholders and the law So, everything is a pleasant work environment, and why not say, cheaper, yes, cheaper because of strikes, environmental costs and the loss of demand, can be catastrophic.
