Personal Leadership has helped me to increase self-awareness; understanding of leadership styles, and examining leadership principles. Today leadership is emergent within individuals and with in the organization. True leadership is a matter of consciousness, i.e., stepping up to the deepest level of consciousness involving a restructuring of the worldview. Personal leadership has furthermore helped me have new and clearer views created from making connections within and between psychological, social, ethical, political and biological systems - our soul, beliefs and values, and ways of interacting, visioning and reflecting on what has been done.
