The Significant Role Communication Plays in Effective Leadership
Introduction
Communication is often referred to as "exchange" or "transfer" of information described. "Information" in this context is a collective term for knowledge, knowledge or experience. By "sharing" a mutual give and take is meant. Secondly, the effective communication provides flexible understanding about the diverse information given sender. Lastly, communication can help the sender to check and verify the information, which is not clear in instructions and create confusion in their mind
