Paralegal Ethics

Para legal misconduct occurs whenever an individual or the business violates any applicable code of ethics. Paralegal ethics is defined as the knowing or unknowing commission of an act that is in direct violation of those canons and ethical considerations of any and all applicable codes of ethics or rules of conduct.
