Reflective Summary

In my recent academic career, I have learned many things new that I never learned before in my educational life. All these new academic experiences are helping me in improving my writing skills, techniques and working capabilities. Different feedbacks that I have received are related to my academic life. And most of them are suggesting me to improve my working skills. Therefore, I have decided to work day and night and to bring good results in near future.

Throughout my academic life I tried my best to improve my reading, writing and listening skills. To some extent I have gotten good results but I think I have to work more with serious attentions. Positive and negative feedbacks have always remained a challenge for most of the students in our institute. But I have always taken it as a learning process of continuous development. I am strongly supporter of this system and I want to bound myself to be a part of this system. As compared with original submission, I must follow useful methods to improve my research skills. In the end, I would like to suggest that improvement is a continuous process and it never should be stopped.

The first issue faced by the Paine & Co. was systems integration issue in organization. A major problem when any two organizations come together is how to merge and integrate their business systems, and in particular their computing systems. At first the excitement is in the merger of the organizations, and then reality sets in when the size of the problem emerges. Some of the problems of achieving smooth systems integration. A company's business must be organized. People are hired, some of which are contracted. Then there is a distinction between normal business and special projects. The latter brings additional resources management challenges. If the project is about implementing a large system that consists of component that has different suppliers, the project requires: system integration (Kaplan, R. & Norton, D. 1996, pp 34-278).

System integration is a technical term for an organizational problem. The problem is about managing a solution that cannot be offered by only one party. This problem will occur more and more as companies are forced by the markets to focus on a single "trick." This is a world of specializations and that brings new challenges with it: integration of systems or integration of solutions offered by different stakeholders in one and the same project.

From the case it is observed that Scoping is not enough, because when parties limit their result, the overall result will never be covered.
