How would you describe or define organized crime?

Organized Crime

It refers to a group of people seeking to achieve their criminal objectives (that can be wealth, power, etc. that are typical activities of terrorist groups.) and perform actions that are contrary to existing legislation. The central difference between organized crime and criminal group is that in the former there are people with the necessary links to avoid being prosecuted for the crimes they commit or avoid the penalty or punishment thereof, and the criminal group has no such links.
