in the course of education, technology, and research, the organization of Qatar foundation guides and leads people, community, and the Qatar's eco-development; promoting Qatar as a nation that can be a vanguard for prolific change in its region and an ideal symbol for the broader international community

Mission

Qatar Foundation works in the various fields such as Community Development, Education and Sciences as a private, profitless entity that supports Qatar's people by offering and running programs in three main sectors: community development, education and science research. This company is functioning to support the future leaders. Fixing role models and by sharing its knowledge, the Association supports human growth regionally, and throughout the world.

History

In 1995, idea of the organization was dream and in the same year it turned into reality, proofing the loving attitude towards growing country and the nation. It was founded by Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thanni with his companion and a Co founder Sheikh Mousa bint Nasser. Its organizational structure was base on Board of Trustees, Directors' Board and the main Leadership of the foundation. The best part of the structure is that all the leading members are dedicated and honest to their job and foundation. Their leadership guides their group with excellent and great aims and approaches, hard work and talent. They possess a variety of abilities in team management and contribute in a large manner to their economy and global education sector.

Change Management

The study of change management is a set or series of methods applied for confirming that essential and vital changes are practiced in a severe systematic and guarded mode. Its central goal is the alignment of structure, culture and people with planned shifts in the company, to pass hindrance and obstacles to change for the purpose of increase involvement and accomplishment of the goals and aims of foundation for effective and efficient changes (AU, 2008).

Accomplishing sustainable and stable development begins with a clear understanding of the recent organizations' status and situation, followed by application of specific and suitable strategies. This field of the management deals specifically with the outcomes that will be generated by change. In any organization the change may be of two types which are;

Situational change

Transformational and incremental change
