PURPOSE:

This analysis is about the organizational structure of a new company, which is struggling and have management issues. The company on the other hand is doing well with respect to client management and are acquiring new clients on regular basis. The concept in this case is about movement in the organizational cycle. The purpose of this case analysis is to provide the adequate solution to the organizational structure problem of the company.

BACKGROUND AND CURRENT SITUATION:

The name of the company is The Social Creative (TSC). The Company focuses on design and gives brand activation a new name. The basic idea behind their philosophy is to create brand appeal through innovative online content usually based on website, along with social media creation and maintenance services.

Alexis is the owner of the company she started the company after doing her bachelor's in communication based on business from the Newcastle University. She got this idea when she realized that in the complete central coast and Hunter region had no or little meaningful online or social media presence. She than utilized this opportunity and started a company which is based on this opportunity. A young entrepreneur just started a new company and is only focusing on how the company is working with respect to client management. Her enthusiasm is based on her energy, which is understandable as she is very good at what she does. Currently in the company, there are more or less eight employees, which include her as well. Two of her staff are graphic designers, two are IT specialist and the rest four including her are communication and digital marketing strategist.

After the initial start of the company the idea of Alexis become successful and she and her company started to get popular. This popularity, which is followed by success, brought many clients in to the company. The problem starts at this point, Alexis is an entrepreneur and she is not that much of a strategist. As the clients of the company were growing handling, Alexis did not know what to and how o deal with them. She was the public face of the company, her Public relation skills were very high and she mostly spent her time making and acquiring new clients.
