The basic premise of OE is founded on a simple but deep observation that people should use a conclusion strategy to discuss life. Without a strategy, every decision from easy to convoluted would be either a dispute or a lottery. OE recognises two dimensions upon which conclusion schemes are based. The two dimensions are the Method and the Mode. The dimensions give increase to four strategies, which in turn supply the yardstick for measuring and finally technology group behavior.
