Abstract Organizational effectiveness and efficiency are two main tools that helps in building up a strong workplace, where people can work together to achieve targeted goals. For any organization, building up a strong and friendly environment, according to the employees' demands and needs, is a challenging task for HR managers. It is the foremost responsibility of HR manager to look at all the details related to employees' benefits and work on them accordingly. This paper aims at organizational effectiveness, how it can be build and in what ways it can be beneficial for an overall organization (Etcioni, 1964). Marketing plan is an important tool that helps employees to work effectively and generate efficient outcomes. This plan should comprise of all the relevant tools and data that are suitable for every employee and fulfills their demands. Organizational effectiveness is an important area that highlights how an organization achieve it's targeted goal in the level of production. It is the production process that is important for every organization. It should be handled properly in order to make an effective organization. If an organization is effective, optimal outcomes can easily be generated without facing any hurdles. Various other tools and techniques can be followed in order to make an organization effective and efficient (Etcioni, 1964).Introduction For an organizational change, some major steps should be taken to make an organization effective and efficient. People working in an organization are the sole assets without no organization can work and generate effective outcomes. People should be encouraged at every step but, along with this, proper and healthy working environment according to the needs and demands of the employees should be provided. This will make them feel happy, contented and satisfied with their work and eventually they will generate effective outcomes. By providing what an employee want, he or she will work effectively and generate optimal outcomes (Richard, et al, 2009). Various theories and concept are found that highlights issues related to the organization and depicts how they can be resolved. Effectiveness of an organization can be boost to a certain limit that can eventually help in generating fruitful outcomes. Below mentioned diagram depicts how an organization can generate effective outcomes.

Effectiveness of an organization can be measured by all the relating elements. Proper culture, workplace environment, groups, ambiance and many other elements are equally important and affects an organization to a large extent. HR personnel should take care of these elements and focus on them, so that proper and authentic assignments can be assigned to the employees. Every employee want to do complete his or her task by his or her own style. Thus, proper space should be given to them, in order to generate effective and optimal outcomes. If a proper plan is designed and implemented accordingly, no employee will feel demotivated and will work efficiently.
