Organizational EffectivenessExecutive Summary This paper focus on the outcomes of an organization generated by effective use of tools and techniques used in previous HR assignments. AS mentioned in previous HR assignments, effectiveness of an organization depends on the credibility and efficiency of that particular organization. A workplace is only important as well as helpful for the employees, if, it is generating effective outcomes as a whole. An employee working in an organization only looks for some main areas where he see his or her own benefits. If those benefits are fulfilled, an organization will aut9omatically generates effective outcomes. In an organization, people work together individually and in groups for some basic means, those means are fulfilled by various tips and techniques. As a matter of fact, organizational effectiveness is generated if every single tool is applied properly and in an orderly fashion. In our first paper, internal communication and HR staffing area is highlighted so that people can know what it is all about and how it can be beneficial for an organization as a whole. Various procedures were selected as per the requirements and situations, depending on what our school wants and what we can do in order to make it one of the best place. On the other side, our second paper briefly discuss on some major implementations that were to be taken when a handsome amount was given to the school. Various steps were adopted only to make this school one of the best one by providing something really good and by staffing educated employees as well. In this paper, we will discuss in detail the outcomes of all the steps taken previously and how they all were beneficial for the school as an organization and how they help in generating effective outcomes (Bernard, 1996).Introduction1st HR Paper In our first paper, various components were discussed that play an important role in generating effective outcomes of an organization. All the above mentioned tools were applied in order to have better internal resourcing or staffing and to provide best working environment to all employees. Apart from this, various internal and external campaigns were organized in order to give a better learning environment to students. For effective organization, better and enhanced system should be formulated. This is one of an important issue, and it is only possible if better systems are introduced. Better communication system is an important area that gives enhancement as well as enrichment to the working conditions.
