Organizational change refers to a transformation that an organization experiences. It is observed that the occurrence of organizational change is not an easy task for the management of an organization. The core focus of this paper will be to elaborate the concept of organizational change in relation to Kurt Lewin's force field analysis model. A brief discussion is presented to present a situation regarding the organizational change in a company and the restraining forces that existed going against the success of that organizational change.
