It aims to analyze their operation, their structure and development and suggest improvements.

The main themes of this discipline are the power relations and social relations, the analysis of configurations and communication in groups. Its development has followed the evolution of socio-political twentieth century, revolving around the authors of empirical or theoretical work widely (Baumeister & Tice, 2009).

Introduction to the Case Study

This case study is about what happens when the upper management fails to communicate and prepare their sub-ordinates about the changes which are about to be witnessed by the organization.
