The single trait that I have selected for all three job descriptions is “Time Management”. It is believed that the employees, who are better time managers, can manage the organizational tasks, duties and responsibilities effectively. This was the main reason behind selection of this trait for the three job descriptions i.e. office manager, warehouse worker and sales representatives.
