The above table clearly explains the improvement in the job ratio of women in some related and unrelated fields of professions. For instance, according to this table the percentage of women has increased from 34.9 percent to 42.3 percent during the course of one year. This shows that women are becoming aware of the importance of the education in their life, and this is being reflected from increase in the ratio of participation in management profession.
