Importance of human resource strategies and management

In today's fast pace of competition, the success of the organisations depends upon the way the organisations manages their business process and the way they manage their employees in an efficient manner. The human resources management strategies of the organisations play a significant role in providing the success and the competitive advantage to the organisations. The performances of the employees of the organisations and their motivation and devotion towards their work directly impact the overall performances of the business. The achievement of any organisation depends upon the performance of its quality human resources. The organisations that pay special attention to their human resource departments get ultimate success and growth among the competitors in the industry (Solomon, A., 2009, pp. 5).
