Introduction

Amongst the most precious gifts and blessings of God, is the gift of healthy and trouble-free life. A person cannot enjoy the life if it is coupled with bodily miseries; the colors and the endowments of the outer world seem bleak and meaningless to the person.

In an overview, Krampitz's case denotes, as though how a patient, who was fighting lethal diseases, and was gradually loosing hope of surviving, opted to seek out for a ray of hope in the dwindling sunshine of his life. Primarily, Krampitz opted to apply every possible approach that was art his disposal, to bring some hope his way for his survival. Therefore, for this, instead of waiting for the official governmental system for the acquisition of the donation, Krampitz's opted to gain people's attention; specially the one's who are willing to donate, via making full use of the wealth God has blessed him with (McLean, 2005).

Krampitz's Stance

On the individual and more reasonable level, Krampitz's did what anyone would have done in order to save his life. For him, the priority was to take care of his survival, rather than complying with the system which the government had initiated, which would not even guarantee him a timely donation.

The Real Dilemma

The real dilemma lays in relating the context of the case, to Krampitz's stance. Where he faced the most dwindling and perplexed situation of his life, at the same time the nation was blessed with a liver donor; however, nobody else but the rich could relish on that opportunity.
