Introduction

McDonalds and Burger Kings are two large fast food retail stores working in United States. McDonald's uses a make to stock process, having pre-made burgers sitting in a hopper awaiting delivery to the customer. Burger King Uses make to order process, making each burger after the order placed. Both of these fast food restaurants are successful and use different processes. This paper will thoroughly describe each process along with the pros and cons of each.
