As a newly appointed OHS representative in a department store, I need to make an action plan for eradicating the on-going issues in implementing OHS best practices at workplace.

OHS- Occupational Health and Safety has been applied since 1956, in Australia. This legislation equally works for the employer and the employees (Bluff, et.al, 2004, pp. 12-18).
