Introduction

At the present time in developed countries the most common nutritional disorder is obesity, which is diagnosed in 25 - 30% of the adult population. Thus, obesity in the United States was detected in 30% of adults in France - at 28-35%, in Germany - 20% of men and 40% of women. In Russia, obesity occurs on average at 26% of adults.
