The application of an environment of healthy work needs well-built nursing leadership at all organizational levels, but particularly at the care point or level of unit where patient care is administered and the majority front line employees work. Increasing potential nurse leaders is an extended tenure mission. The nursing leadership is more effective as the leaders have the domain knowledge of the process of the work and can effective guide the staff for achieving excellence in work. They can also satisfy the patients regarding their queries and can reduce the reservations regarding care. Proper nursing leadership not only helps to satisfy the patients but it also help to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of staff. This can result in better outcomes. It should always keep in mind that great leaders not only lead the people but they lead them in a manner which also helps the followers in long run.
