The leader must be honest when handling any problems that may be coming through leadership. Sound judgment

Any leader who wishes to make its nursing team and the character must have sound judgment. This should be an example of how the leader manages the various cases concerning members of his team. Leader should never take sides on any member of the group for any reason. The leader must ensure that each group member is treated on a platform yet (Wise, 2007, pp. 111 ). Confidence

The Chief Nursing Officer must be confident at any time. It must be able to show his ability to lead the team at each point along the time.
