Nonverbal communication is a silent infiltrator, having broad impact on our social environment. This gives us a mode to send the message without the use of verbal language. (Dunn 1999) There are many types of nonverbal communication that can be used to contradict the verbal messages, such as facial expressions, eye contact, gestures and appearance.
