Introduction

The English educational program in Saudi Arabia is regarded as English as a Foreign Language (EFL). English is taught in Saudi public schools at all intermediate and secondary schools levels since 1927 .There was an educational argument on whether or not it is suitable to teach English as a foreign language to primary school students.
