An organization group of individuals deliberately structured to achieve common objectives (McNamara, 2006). All organizations have an administration structure that decides relations among the different activities and the associates, and sub-divides and hand over tasks to perform different jobs. They are usually open schemes--they have an effect on and are exaggerated by their surroundings. The most important aim is to promote exchange of ideas and modernization (Douma & Schreuder, 2012).
